Tips for runners who want to improve their technique for a smoother, more comfortable run.

Whether you love or hate running, there’s no denying it can be an incredible  exercise for fitness and weight loss. You can do it anywhere – on holidays, while travelling for work, or in your local neighbourhood. The best part is, it’s free. You don’t need a gym membership or special equipment. Just put your running shoes on and step out the door!

Improving technique

The old-school view is that running technique is something you’re born with. These days, coaches see technique as a skill that can be taught. While this is true, I also advise clients against drastically changing their natural style. Small adjustments are fine but a dramatic shift may result in injuries and frustration.
