Most of us are aware of the healthy routines we should follow, but few of us do it. Check out these tips on how to make healthy living a bigger part of your life.

We all know we need to eat fruit and vegetables and exercise regularly. But only 5.1 per cent of Australian adults actually do, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

There is no doubt that environmental factors significantly influence our “free choice”. For example, sitting for eight or more hours per day at work is considered normal, even though humans were not designed to sit in chairs and prolonged sitting is counterproductive to optimal health. We also have to negotiate our way through the ubiquitous advertising of unhealthy food and drinking along with ongoing work demands.
