When Microsoft chief Bill Gates says a book is the most important he has ever read, it’s time to take notice. And, fortunately, Factfulness is an enlightening, fascinating read.

The book begins with a 13-question multiple choice quiz the authors use to prove that most people have incorrect and overly negative views about the state of the world. Detailed explanations follow, with lots of global facts and figures as well as numerous anecdotes from Swedish medical doctor Hans Rosling about his adventures in Africa and Asia.
