Dr David J. Townsend
Dr David J. Townsend is a barrister in 3rd Floor Wentworth Chambers. Before coming to the Bar, he worked in commercial litigation for Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allen Linklaters) and Gilbert + Tobin. He completed undergraduate studies in law at the University of Sydney and postgraduate studies at the University of Oxford, where his doctoral thesis examined the operation of Australian and European Union regulation of interstate trade.
