It’s the new year and you want to get in shape. So, naturally, you want to see a retired judge’s day on a plate? I don’t know if you noticed but that first sentence actually rhymed. Impressive huh? Well, don’t get used to it because I don’t plan on always following this precedent. (Welcome to law.)

7:00am Wake up and breathe deeply. Like, really deep, because you’re a deep person.

7:01am List 10 things you are grateful for – your hot body, your hot face, etc.

7:02am Meditate for an hour because you have nothing better to do.
