Corrections and clarifications

On 17 March 2025, LSJ Online published a story ‘Building breaches attract almost half a million dollars in fines’, which was based on a media release issued by the NSW Government on 16 March 2025. On 23 May 2025, the subject of the article, Anthony Abi-Merhi, was successful in being granted an annulment in Parramatta Local Court in relation to these breaches. The matter will be reheard at a later date.
