David is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer and has acted behalf of national and overseas clients on complex and sensitive commercial litigation matters. David has particular expertise in insolvency, restructuring, property and general disputes. David is a regular speaker on these topics and a member of the Insolvency and Restructuring Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
