Contract for the Sale and Purchase of Land 2014 Edition
The Law Society and the Real Estate Institute of NSW issued the 2014 edition of the Contract for Sale and Purchase of Land on 17 November 2014. This edition is available in an electronic format only, via the Law Society’s new on-line portal ECOS.
The new ECOS website has been designed specifically to allow customers to purchase the new 2014 edition, but also supports the electronic 2005 edition. The 2005 edition will continue to be produced in hardcopy until at least December 2015. The new ECOS website is a more streamlined and simplified system.
