Dos and don’ts for Cyber Security

The Legal Technology and Privacy and Data Law Committees gave detailed feedback to the Law Council of Australia on a series of draft lists regarding the ‘Dos and Don’ts for Cyber Security’. Each list relates to particular types of technology: smart phones, laptops and tablets; workstations and servers; email; and browsing the web. The final version of these lists will be incorporated into the Law Council’s Cyber Precedent website.

The Business Law and Elder Law, Capacity and Succession Committees contributed to the Law Council’s submission to this Inquiry, conducted by the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Health, Aged Care and Sport.
