Remember the days when we all tried to avoid fat of any kind? Thankfully we’ve moved on. We now know that eating the right fats is essential for optimal health. Fats help deliver taste and flavour and are necessary for the absorption of many antioxidants including beta-carotene, not to mention the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Here are my favourite fats to include in your regular diet.
